I have been working in commercial and non-profit arts marketing in New York City for the last 17 years. Additionally, I have worked with organizations across the country to increase their revenue, grow attendance, and have a better understanding of their customers’ behavior through data-driven research and analysis. Non profit clients include Second Stage Theater, Playwrights Horizons, Victory Gardens Theater, Lyric Opera of Chicago, New York Philharmonic, Sundance Institute, Straz Center, and Navy Pier. Before my time as a consultant, I worked at Dodger Properties on the marketing team for Jersey Boys on Broadway and across the globe. I was also part of the team that brought Matilda the Musical from London to Broadway. Following my passion for non-profit theatrical marketing, I managed single ticket and subscription sales and marketing initiatives for three seasons at Manhattan Theatre Club on and off-Broadway. While there, I worked on such productions as Constellations with Jake Gyllenhaal and Ruth Wilson, Fool For Love with Sam Rockwell and Nina Arianda, Steppenwolf’s Airline Highway, Prodigal Son with Timothée Chalamet and Robert Sean Leonard, and developed the first-ever Broadway mobile rush with TodayTix for the sold out hit Heisenberg with Mary-Louise Parker. I remain a champion for accessible, mission-driven arts organizations while ensuring ticketing and revenue initiatives stay competitive in a commercial marketplace. I have spoken on the topics of pricing and marketing for the arts in various forums, including lectures at Columbia University in New York City, panel appearances with Logitix at the Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC), and delivering a keynote for the Australian Council on the Arts in Sydney. I have served on the board of directors for the Catskill Art Society in Livingston Manor, New York where I am currently renovating a 1921 farmhouse and raising 8 chickens.
