Design, architect, develop, and maintain USA Truck’s custom application framework ensuring maximum uptime and minimum negative impact to customers, shareholders and team members.

Develop and maintain USA Truck’s defined custom application framework in alignment with defined standards ensuring maximum uptime and minimum negative impact to customers, shareholders and team members. Provide guidance to less experienced team members to ensure technical skillsets are gained through knowledge transfer. Strengthen relationships and alignment with Engineering, System Analysts, Networking and other supporting departments to ensure maximum delivery in support of business units.

Responsible for Dealer Relations, Software Design, Development, Training, and Implementation of the GTRACS NG retreading solution for The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.

Had an integral role in planning, design, and implementation of the complete rewrite and redesign of GTRACS NG, The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Companies premiere retread manufacturing tracking solution. Lead the installation and training team that converted our competitor’s largest independent retread plant over to the Goodyear Retreading System, and received numerous letters of commendation for the work performed.

Hired to spearhead the completion of a rollout and acquisition of a retread management software system for independent Goodyear Dealers written by a 3rd party. Was onsite at 30 of the 70 locations installing, and training Goodyear Authorized Retread Dealers, which encompassed 15 states in the USA and 5 Provinces in Canada. Gained Valuable knowledge on the ground and learned a variety of different business models in the manufacturing industry. Used the knowledge gained to begin the planning and design stages for a complete rewrite of the 3rd party system that was already over budget on time as well as money, and was already largely outdated technology wise.

Worked on the security patch validation team to evaluate Microsoft Security patch exposure in Wal-Mart’s networks. Responsible for the packaging, deployment, and validation of Microsoft security patches for a 150,000 + node network spanning 9 countries.
