I was responsible for organizing up to 400+ volunteers a week, including tools, scheduling, site assessment and led morning devotions. Provided a stable environment as a home away from home for freshmen and athletes alike at the University. I oversaw 2 Residential Advisers per floor, of our 3 story dormitory. Being director provided me the opportunity to develop managerial skills, while connecting and building relationships with students from a variety of backgrounds. I made plenty of mistakes, and learned a lot!

I had the opportunity to assist and guide people to realize and accomplish personal goals they could achieve on their own.
