Performed credit analysis including review and spreading of financial statements, financial analysis to determine risk, structuring, pricing and recommendation. Wrote credit requests for loan approval to senior loan committee. Worked watch-list credits, which would include restructure or liquidation to improve bank's risk exposure. HIGHLIGHTS:In 2007 I was the only banker at Sterling's Portland Commercial Banking to exceed their loan production goal. In 2008 exceeded deposit goal.I have submitted and funded 3 different commercial real estate loans in less than 10 days.
