Current- Lead researcher on novel interpretable AI models that process heart echocardiogram studies to assist clinicians with no ML background in echo view classification.- Developed Deep Learning techniques with Transformer architectures (DinoV2) & Foundation Vision Models (SAM) to discover new visual methods of diagnosing Aortic Stenosis.- Performed Dimension Reduction Analysis with PCA & UMAP on a select dataset of 200+ samples to find the hidden correlations between images of tissue samples & underlying pathology.- Successfully set-up and maintained a self-managed local Weights & Biases server, streamlining the ability to track & document model life cycles for all projects at RCL.
