Provided support in multiple aspects of an Internet technology start-up firm, including overall brand identity, multimedia design, art direction, research & development, and networking & sales campaigns. Leveraged organizational skills to track all goals we’ve made with every aspect of this young company. Excelled in all aspects of support due to my comprehensive understanding of the Internet, web and print design and multimedia.

Standardized purchase order investigations for a technology firm with over 1,000 employees in 15 offices internationally for the first time in their history. Generated buyer credit by eliminating bills up to three years past due, consistently resolved payments within thirty days. Rehabilitated and enforced an internal database to track, archive and secure hardware assets, worth in excess of forty million dollars for an international technology firm, resulting in savings of over half a million dollars per year. Increased the department’s accountability and transparency by implementing rules and standards for digital asset archiving.

Solely reorganized and maintained procurement department for over 350 employees by implementing previously unseen controls of inventory and accountability. Established standard metrics including per-department usage reports and comprehensive quarterly purchasing reports. Achieved significant reductions in spending, and increased accountability to stop ordering of unnecessary supplies. Delivered savings within 12 months of my employment with GD&C by establishing a competitive central vendor and implementing client charges.
