Support the Commercial area in the proposals and multimedia presentations related to freight forwarding and customs clearance.

- Monitor processes and develop strategies and policies for the HROIL Operations area (​​Recruitment & Selection, Human Resources and Personnel Logistics) as from the job request up to the customer invoice. - Manage the HROIL Operations Staff tending employees and customers in order to meet the HROIL Operations KPIs. - Negotiate with suppliers related to the HROIL Operations. - Assistance to the HROIL Commercial in operational matters.- Reports to the HROIL Divisions Manager.- Coordination of Logistics Personnel area; - Planning Crew Changes of Employees; - Rotation Control : Join/Leavers, resting, double shift, absences, medical dispensation and training; - Treatment of contingencies and emergencies related to Offshore industry; - Control of Work Order Requests: Flights, Transfers and Hotels. Liaises with travel agency; - Control of Visas request for foreigners. Liaises with dispatchers; - Follow-up with customers and suppliers to the continuous improvement of processes; - Interface between Human Resources and Employees in order to optimize and streamline processes; - Financial Management of Personnel Logistics Process: Invoices, receipts for reimbursement, customer invoices; - Control Receipt of Employee’s timesheet; - Outsourcing.

- Coordination of Shipments - Import / Export; - Control system in Repetro materials; - Documents check-up avoiding penalties in Customs clearance; - Financial control of customer accounts and shipments via R / 3 (SAP); - Follow-up of shipments from the collection at the origin up to the delivery at destination "door-to-door"; - Proforma and Commercial invoices issuance; - Production of quotes and negotiation; - Expertise in Vessel’s Repair Projects clearance regimes; - Experience with foreign trade government systems;
