As a Team Coordinator I am responsible for one hundred and fifty students who live in the Norton and Pollack residences at Bishop’s University. I manage five Resident Assistants who report to me and assist me in these duties. I coordinate their monthly Duty Schedule, and ensure they are working with students as they adjust to their new home, both in.
