Tony Adams started his first paying job when he was just 10 years old at his uncle’s bicycle manufacturing company. Here he learned lessons about elbow grease, going above and beyond, and the prerequisite of grit and determination to GSD. These lessons have stuck with him throughout his professional career. He is always innovating, learning, unlearning, adapting, and evolving.Career HighlightsTony became the top mortgage broker at his company when he was only 19, and later founded a mortgage company when he was 22. He joined the Army when he was 25. After his military service, he Co-Founded and sold his ownership in one of the top hair salons in Denver and became CFO and CIO of the First Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, VFW Post 1. Tony was recruited to RE/MAX International by Adam Contos and Dave Liniger in 2016 where he became the Head of Realtor® Recruiting, Retention, and Customer Experience, and provided key insight and support with multiple mergers and acquisitions, franchise sales, and starting Motto Mortgage, the nation’s first mortgage franchise. In 2018 he Founded the business and marketing consulting firm Truvisory®. In 2020, Tony became COO of Motto Mortgage Plus. In 2022 he became Chief of Staff, VP for Area 15 Ventures and its investments and President, CTO of Daddy's Chicken Shack® and CTO of Port of Subs®. Today he continues his work with Truvisory®.EducationTony’s path to a formal education started after serving in the Army where he led a team of soldiers through multiple combat missions in Afghanistan after learning the native language Pashto before deploying. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biology at the University of Denver (DU) and later returned to DU to earn an Executive MBA at the Daniels School of Business with a 4.0 GPA. Most recently, Tony underwent a full-time web developer and software engineering immersive through Galvanize Inc. and continues to study business, marketing, franchise, and technology best practice and innovation. He is also learning Arabic.
