Producing and promoting thousands of live shows/events per year and regularly hosting the production of original content such as; various comedy specials, tours, live podcasts, All Things Comedy Festival, Comedy Madness, New Faces of Comedy, Cleodora Productions Cabaret, Alice Cooper’s Proof is in the Pudding Rock Competition, MTV Challenge Mania Live, Real Housewives Live, Bachelor Watch-Party Live and many more. This group works shows for some of the greatest comedic, musical, and performative talents of today including; Kevin Hart, Bill Burr, Wanda Sykes, Chris Rock, Gabriel Iglesias, David Spade, Whitney Cummings and Sarah Silverman to name a few.Responsibilities: - Business administrative tasks delegated from the owners and management. - Represent the company’s interests in communications with the public and corporate partners. - Maximize front-end show revenue for venues and talent through driving ticket sales, promotions, food and bottle service reservations, VIP experiences, meet & greets, and merchandise add-ons.- Setup and operate lighting production equipment for Flip Phone Events.- Develop and produce The Cult of Comedy show and brand.

Overview:For the spring of 2023, Tony worked on set producing women's luxury fashion and specialty fine jewelry photography. Tony has worked with ultra-high-end pieces from Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Valentino, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Rolex, Patek Philippe, and many more at the ultra-high-end and haute couture level. Tony has also shot work for a number of celebrity partners such as The Kardashian Family, Selena Gomez and Kelly Clarkson among others.Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of on-set production and manage completion of full photoshoots from start to finish.- Strictly manage on-set performance, styling, and technical standards. - Work in collaboration with piece authenticators, white-glove concierge, handlers, studio production management, leads, technicians, stylists, and assistants, as well as post-production.

Tony was a National Service Member in the AmeriCorps serving a winter season on a wildland conservation crew for the Arizona Conservation Corps. AmeriCorps crews are deployed to tackle the nation's most pressing challenges. Based in Flagstaff Arizona, Tony served on a chainsaw crew deployed to a natural disaster restoration project on the burn scar of the Pipeline Fire in Shultz Pass. After the completion of that project, the crew was deployed to Oak Creek Canyon to work on a multi-agency project in collaboration with the U.S. Forest Service, the State of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Leave No Trace, and other agencies surrounding and relating to the City of Sedona. The project was centered around protecting the Oak Creek Canyon Watershed in numerous capacities. Due to the nature of being deployed on long projects in remote locations, the crew would camp in the backcountry, cooking and living on minimal resources. The crew was certified as U.S. Forest Service Chainsaw Sawyers as well as Wilderness First Responders. Now, as a National Service Alumnus, Tony is open to mentoring and recruiting the next generation of National Service Members and serves as an advocate for public service for all ages. The position serves as an advisor to the leadership and ownership of 200+ businesses enrolled in the programs listed below throughout the states of Arizona, Nevada, and California.  Programs worked on:- Maricopa County Resiliency Program- U.S. Department of the Treasury Community Development Financial Institutions Fund- U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency - Nevada Business Center- U.S. Small Business Administration, PRIME & TECH Programs- U.S. Small Business Administration, Women’s Business Center- City of Mesa HUUB Program- Social Enterprise Incubator Program- North Las Vegas Loan Forgiveness ProgramResponsibilities:- Analyze the financial and strategic health of businesses enrolled in these programs to work towards the outcome of business development or the receiving capital.- Provide exceptional 1:1 service and advisory to prepare prerequisite documents and uses of funds for grants and loans of $5K to $1M+ and collaborate with credit analysts to finance.- Teach and advise businesses that are not seeking capital on various business development topics such as planning/strategy, operations, and HR, and provide access to essential resources like document templates, training programs, and outside contractors. - Develop and teach business education webinars and events.
