This enables each engagement to be designed to meet specific requirements and avoids imposing prescriptive solutions. I have extensive experience of enabling organisations to achieve significant benefits through re-focusing strategy, implementing new organisational structures, integrating ICT systems, enabling teams to develop more effective ways of working and developing personal competences. The work has been in a variety of large and smaller organisations, including work associated with the public and private sectors and not-for-profit sector. In Poland we run workshops on Facilitation which are Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
