Designed, Programmed, Documented, and Supported the BookMark Order Management System.Developed the BookMark Report Generator, and later adapted the original versions of Crystal Reports.Implemented the software and provided on-site data conversion and training at more than 10 companies from Maine to Hawaii, including several multi-client fulfillment companies.
