In mid to late 2013 I completed my transition out of Sales and into the Production arm of Switch Video, where I am responsible for a team of highly skilled and talented Animators, Designers, Script Writers, and Producers. Additionally, I have a shared responsibility of our Canadian office, and am responsible for revenue recognition as it relates to our core Production operations. I've taken a key role in Switch Merge, a US-Based mass customization for video brand which was successfully launched in early 2014 and remains a success which continues to rapidly gain traction internationally.Tending to urgent matters, problem solving, and overall QA are daily occurrences and where I thrive best.

A transitional period for me at Switch Video - beginning my journey to what ultimately would become a near full-time role in Production yet still tending to where my presence remained critical - inside sales. The primary focus was on account/client management, but my role began to evolve when given the opportunity to work daily with an incredibly talented team as Creative Director - opening the door to where my strengths are best suited: QA, problem-solving, dealing directly with a vast array of clients; and generally mucking about and dreaming with a bunch of seriously talented staff for whom I would ultimately become responsible for.
