Responsibilities: Running Sangamo BoiSciences facilities on a day to day basis supporting all departments. Managing of all service contracts, laboratory equipment preventive maintenance, janitorial, security, copiers, and tenant improvements. Assist IS with telecommunications, and network cabling support. Plan and execute all laboratory expansion and new construction projects. Interface with property manager on issues such as HVAC maintenance, landscaping and other building related issues. Acting Safety Officer.

Responsibilities consist of running of two departments, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety. Providing manufacturing support with maintenance and EH&S support. Maintain the Preventive maintenance and calibration programs. Oversee vendors for calibration, janitorial, electrical, and HVAC. Provide hands on training for all contractors and maintenance technicians. Preparation all Capital projects to meet all agency standards. Maintain the Campbell Facility as a safe working environment by meeting or exciting all regulatory standards. Providing security and EH&S support by running the selective agent program. Maintain and developing annual budgets 1.8 M for both departments Head all capital projects and building upgrades. Maintain all service contracts with 3 party vendors such as HVAC, electrical, janitorial and copiers. Act as point of contact for all landlord and tenant issues. .

Responsibilities consist of supervision of 6 facilities technicians and 2 dispatchers. Oversee the preventive maintenance program for 21 buildings. Establish new preventive maintenance tasks and establish systems for general maintenance work orders. Interface with the janitorial, electrical, landscaping and general contractors to maintain the facilities in a safe and good working conditions

Responsibilities consist of running the day to day operations of 100,000 sq.ft. Facilities and Maintenance, Lab Services Support. Overseeing facility security, landscaping. Janitorial and Cafeteria Services Negotiating all service contracts with outside vendors Establishing and maintaining budgets for each department. Maintenance of all equipment (DI Systems, boilers, HVAC systems) and laboratories (Washers, dryers, autoclaves, and misc lab equipment). Support of Environmental Health and Safety by maintaining the safe working environment, including backup incident commander. Establish, plan and maintain Preventive Maintenance [500 pieces of equipment] program. Planning and executing projects, which include tenant improvements, facility expansions, equipment and laboratories upgrades, space planning and furniture purchases. Interfacing with City planners and inspectors in all permits issues for projects.

Responsibilities consist of running the day to day operations of the Facilities and Maintenance department. Establishing a new preventive maintenance program and setting up daily routine monitoring for all critical equipment. ( HVAV, RO/DI)

Establishing and maintaining budgets for each department. Maintenance of all cGMP manufacturing areas and laboratories. Support of Environmental Health and Safety by maintaining the safe working environment, including waste treatment and ergonomics. cGMP support, writing SOPs, editing IQs, OQs and PQs. Establish, plan and maintain Preventive Maintenance [2,000 pieces of equipment] and Calibration [800 instruments] programs. Planning and executing projects, which include tenant improvements, facility expansions, equipment and laboratories upgrades. Prepare and maintain the facilities for FDA pre-approval inspection (PAI). Participated in PAI team. Interfaced with FDA during PAI in all facilities related issues.
