Tony is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and business owners to achieve not just their businesses but their personal goals. He supports businesses of all sizes across the SW, providing support and direction to allow them to clarify their business goals, identify barriers to grow, and help them to fulfill their ambition.His work involves providing businesses with clarity and a clear understanding of their business and how to take it forward and helps make sure they work to implement the most important parts of their defined growth plan to success.More recently Tony has run his own company focussed on helping businesses through the phases of growth, maximising their returns and allowing them to fulfill their growth ambitions, as well as working with academia on regional development, supply chain benchmarking and service transition projects.Prior to this, he worked on the GrowthAccelerator (now Business Growth Service), he has also completed a modern apprenticeship for a hydraulic company, then worked for twelve years for AgustaWestland a helicopter company, where he worked in accident investigation, business growth, strategy, and service provision and lastly with the IT Design and Delivery phase for major change projects.
