Liaise with line of business stakeholders and the cyber security product and service owners to identify and/or develop appropriate solutions technology. Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as cost, security, compatibility, or usability. Assess policy needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies to govern IT activities. Provide input to the Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation. Ensure established cyber security strategy is intrinsically linked to organizational mission objectives. Promote cyber security product and services adoption across lines of business; and drive governance of cyber security metrics, reporting and processes.

Responsible for managing and executing the overall strategies for data protection, application security, threat and vulnerability management, and security event management for the Consumer and Business Banking Technology. Provided first line information risk management for the protection of information assets through security architecture, policies, standards, risk assessments, monitoring, certification, and technology. Partnered with business, application development, and technology areas to identify and prioritize risk components.

Manage all the major incidents that have significant impact to JPMC's lines of business across the globe as part of a larger service management team. Provide the appropriate vetting of the severity of issues and manage high-impact, high-severity problems. Provide a command and control presence on PAC Manager Bridges, GTI management bridges, and active GTI P1 Incident Calls.
