I work on the government affairs team at Carvana | ADESA.I am an expert in vehicle titles and registration with my experience and expertise having garnered name recognition through serving as a Texas Department of Motor Vehicles’ representative to the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) and through my work with Carvana/ADESA collaborating with fellow industry members to modernize state laws, state regulations, and departments of motor vehicles' technology systems to facilitate a 21st century vehicle purchase experience.I have substantial knowledge and expertise in federal odometer disclosure requirements, electronic titling, electronic signatures, the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) and more, and demonstrated myself to be a policy/procedures expert and an operations leader, and deliver superior performance.
