Reports and Sales reports.• Responsible for planning workflow based on internal capabilities, equipment, available man hours and material availability to insure on-time delivery of shippable product• Negotiated and managed supplier contracts to purchase materials/services for orders while maintaining a high focus on budget compliance, delivery, and payment terms ensuring that the project is completed on time and within customer target price• Work directly with Customers to optimize designs for manufacturability and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) when required• Administered all Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings for accuracy against the quoted calculations • Collaborated with QA/QC departments to effectively synchronize customer needs with Production Manager ensuring seamless operations
