Over the course of my more than 20 years at Xilinx, I have accomplished a lot. I reinforced the DevOps infrastructure team, software, and IP Division to monitor the entire development lifecycle. Further, I extended assistance for internal and 3rd party tools, including improving and developing processes and best practices, system optimization and integration, and maintaining documentation of the development environments. I also partnered with vendors and internal engineering teams to produce an optimized, large-scale compute environment, including BIOS, storage, memory, and CPU configurations unique to customers' specific needs and goals. I managed a dynamic Computer Farm of over 2000 systems containing various Linux, UNIX, and Windows servers. Likewise, I proactively created, tested, implemented, and documented processes that reduced inconsistencies and time to production. I analyzed, documented, installed, and repaired hardware, software, and peripherals to bolster operations. I was also allowed to work closely with vendors, internal purchasing teams, engineering, and IT teams to create industry-standard hardware and software configurations.
