Reporting to the President and member of the Canadian Leadership Team, responsible for profitable revenue growth. Managed Sales Organization of 100 and exceeded sales and profit targets while achieving highest customer satisfaction scores within the global company.

Reported to Managing Partners, led launch of first fully integrated consumer campaign to establish service based positioning, including consumer research, brand/creative strategy, multi-media brand awareness plan, and execution across 270 stores and warehouses. Also co-led the launch of mechanical auto services to drive margin contribution and improve customer satisfaction. Managed 2 warehouses and oversaw introduction of warehouse management system.

Led sales turnaround by leveraging innovative products and pricing. Restructured Sales organization and introduced best practices and customer-based performance standards.

Over 12 years, held numerous positions of increasing authority and responsibility in Marketing and Sales, including Franchise Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, New Business Development Manager and Key Account Leader. Culminated in Regional Sales Manager for Alberta/Saskatchewan Region with over 150 people reporting in Key Accounts, Sales, Distribution and Customer Service. Restructured sales organization and exceeded sales and profit plans over 19 month period.
