My aim was for the PMO to become a key strategic partner to the Group Exec Team, CEO and Board.

Based on the success of the Program Transformation team and the creation of centralized ways of working, I led the integration of all of Foxtel’s disparate project delivery teams into a single enterprise workforce working to a common methodology. My new team and I delivered a 40% increase in capital spend, while reducing direct project resources from 114 to 65 and direct costs proportionally. Following the successful Austar integration, the COO asked me to stay on to take control of strategic project delivery. I led a team that delivered Foxtel Broadband, the Presto streaming service, a new online presence, a new scheduling platform (IBMS) and several other key programs. I also led the creation of the first Common Project Framework and implemented Clarity as a full end-to-end PPM system, allowing Foxtel to accurately measure project costs and capitalise up to 80% of project labour costs. Direct accountabilities included Foxtel's Project Management Office including delivery of key strategic and transformation programs from approval through planning, program and project management, change management and deployment and line management 30 Program & Project Managers, specialists and subject matter experts.Programs included the development of Foxtel's wholesale business, entry into the Broadband and Home Phone markets, the Foxtel iQ3 hybrid set-top unit, the new Foxtel website, the 'Content Factory' digital workflow and scheduling projects and the development of the platform supporting Presto, Foxtel's former SVOD joint venture with Seven West Media.

I also led the development of a gated approvals process, which provided the foundations for the approvals process that I later integrated into the Foxtel Common Project Framework. Towards the end of the Austar era, I also managed the sale to M2 (now Vocus) of the Austar Mobile and dial internet businesses, negotiating directly with the M2 COO.

I negotiated directly with Suppliers and Resellers. Unfortunately, the CEO decided not to proceed with the upgrade, and I left to join Austar.
