I have a wealth of experience across a number of functional areas, from regulatory through operations and PMO through to product management and sales & marketing, working in Telecommunications and Media and now Financial Services in Australia and New Zealand. I've built 3 MVNOs, 2 Broadband businesses and managed product and project teams developing telco products and media set-top units and streaming devices. Most recently, I’ve led the creation and evolution to maturity of an Enterprise PMO at Foxtel; I was accountable for every aspect from selection of PPM systems through design of a gated project management framework, recruiting and restructuring project teams across the business into a single workforce and delivery of the company’s $150m+ CapEx program.I'm now applying myself to transferring these skills to the Financial Services industry, and adding value to the team at Smartgroup Corporation.
