I am an experienced, commercial, finance executive with strategic leadership and corporate finance skills gained across a number of business sectors. As CFO of the £80 million turnover Space & Time group, I was instrumental in negotiating and delivering the group’s £7.5 million MBO from the Emerge media group in March 2016. Since then I have driven strategy, growth and cash flows and led a second £13.8 million MBO with fellow directors in July 2018. For the £60 million turnover Emerge media group, as GFD I drove a turnaround strategy of strategic acquisitions and disposal of non-preforming activities culminating in the crystallisation of £10 million of capital value via MBOs and trade sales of all the group’s trading assets.At AIM listed, £35 million turnover MAM Funds, as CFO I led its significant, M&A activity, capital fund raising and debt finance negotiations and turnaround. I gained twelve years of business development experience as HOF at the high-tech, blue chip, £800 million turnover, Channel 4 Television media group helping to build value rolling out its multi-platform, multi-media digital diversification strategy.
