I am responsible for Critical Alert's reseller dealer channel as well as our new business direct outreach program. My team consists of four high-performing sales and business development representatives and my role reports to the General Manager of our business unit. I joined JEAR to start up the LTL (less-than-truckload) division which grew from a team of 2 to a team of 6 and generating sales of over $4M in 2019. I maintained consistent year over year sales growth and profitability. P&L responsibility, sales management, account management, hiring & CRM management were all vital parts of my role.
