I’ve been on a journey of building a long term strategy, building capabilities, influencing cross-functional leaders, setting up an organisation that will setup Kraft-Heinz for success.Previously, I founded an eCommerce startup which was successfully acquired. I was also part of the founding leadership team that built the eCommerce marketplace, Snapdeal. I managed P&L, led Merchandising, Brand Management, Partnerships, Analytics & Strategic Initiatives and helped scale it up from a $20M startup to a $6.5B company over 7 years. I’ve led a $500M eCommerce P&L for Walmart US, managed omnichannel categories, developed new service models and mentored & managed a team of 50 eCommerce experts across categories.
