Shell People Services - Cyborg Base Support - Assumed responsibility for directing the work effort of Shell People Services-Cyborg Base Support Group (staff of 8) four months before Shell People Go Live. Managed a ten page issue list, three major benefit reconciliation efforts, prepared and tested a contingency effort for Pennzoil Quaker State, established a new interface to Talx Corporation's employment verification service "The Work Number," completed year-end W-2 processing, and validated "The Historical Database," a repository for legacy data. ($1 Million).Infineum - Global SAP Infrastructure Hosting - Planned and implemented a three year, $12 Million (fixed bid), Global SAP Hosting Service for Infineum, a joint venture of Shell Chemicals and Exxon. In order to meet special client business needs, created a unique support model that implemented hardware in Europe but delivered day-to-day support from US. Final landscape delivered three SAP components: R/3, Business Warehouse and Advanced Planner and Optimizer as well as a number of bolt-on services such as Control-M (job scheduling), Rev-Trak, Faxination, and a Shell developed centralized printing facility. Planned and conducted three annual disaster/recovery tests in Europe. Developed bids that addressed the customer'sunique telecommunications requirements. This project was recognized in Spring of 2003 with a success story article in an in-house publication, "The I."Chemical Products - Project Corona - Planned and implemented three clones of SAP-IT, a truck and rail logistics management package that communicates with SAP.
