Create, plan and oversee animation pipelines, concept art, character and background design. Working alongside the storyline, drawing and mapping out storyboards. Managing a team of animators, liaising with different departments such as production, finance and the technical when needed. Making sure that projects are delivered on time, displaying the highest levels of standards, sticking to the budgets and the creative views of the company. Exploring and expanding the traditional methods of animation, co-working with other studios and teams on multiple projects.• Drawn, directed and animated shorts such as, “Human Cockleshells” and “I like Ping Pong” which won laurels and awards at festivals like Leeds International Film Festival and The New Chitose Airport International Animation Film Festival.• Simultaneously managed the pipeline of 3 feature length animated projects and two shorts, each one consisting of a different team.• Created concept art and storyboards thanks to which the studio gained international co-productions, partners and investors.

Design the sessions, assessments, workshops, lectures, seminars across 3 years. Support the junior staff, manage the resources. Self-training and artistic research, continuous professional development. Setting out the course criteria and marking the exam boards. Assisting the students with the development of traditional and digital techniques, processes and materials.• All of the students, across all of the courses do exceptionally, progress steadily.
