I joined the financial services sector 40 years ago and I have built up extensive experience in successfully helping individuals manage their wealth and managing financial planning businesses.From 2012 I was CEO of Saunderson House Ltd, one of the leading IFA businesses in the UK. We were acquired by Rathbones Group in October 2021.I am now CEO of Financial Planning and sit on the Rathbones Group Executive Committee and currently am leading the integration of the Investec Wealth and Investment Private Client function into the Rathbones financial planning function. We are creating one of the UK's largest wealth management businesses and are able to offer clients a wide range of financial planning and investment solutions and also access to other services provided by Rathbones Group, such as trustee, legal and specialist tax investment solutions.The majority of peole have similar financial challenges; how can they accumulate, grow and preserve their wealth in an organised way to support them and their family for life?
