As the Vice President of Investigative Platforms, Tony leads the company's initiative of integrating and continuously evolving relevant evidence-based principles throughout Verensics' comprehensive suite of investigative software.In this capacity, Tony collaborates closely with clients to cultivate a holistic understanding of their investigative needs. ● Ran operations for an association comprised of over 6,500 members, and over 2,500 Certified Forensic Interviewers ● Developed and hosted training seminars focused on providing education around multi-disciplined threat assessments, behavioral assessments, recognizing violence, high-risk interviewing practices, mental health awareness, and investigative interviewing solutions ● Facilitated collaborative review and rewrite of the flagship association certification, the Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) to meet national accreditation standards

● Developed leads via facilitating training seminars and speaking at conferences across North America for public and private sector organizations.
