I was accountable for managing and coordinating the operations, development and service delivery teams in support of the existing cloud software products and new product development. In addition I improved the development framework, governance and processes to deliver and support high quality software releases of JCurve Solutions cloud products.Achievements:- Successfully transitioned development team onto the industry leading development tools from Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence) for better visibility, management and tracking.- Enhanced development practices by implementing agile techniques and methods into the development team.- Consolidated fragmented code streams and aligned white labeled product (Optus TEM), direct product (JTel) and international joint venture product (MTN InsightPlus) to release common features on all products.- Enhanced the teams ability to deliver innovative features by implementing a web service architecture to surface new feature in the legacy platform, whilst also upgrading the development platform to modern versions of the underlying platform.- Built a culture of customer service, high performance and ownership within the operations team which resulted in customer service satisfaction result over 90% and customer product satisfaction result over 93%.- Improved the teams operational support frame work by improving key processes and implementing a knowledge base to provide superior support to customers.- Increased client and partner relationships via improved communication, customer liaison and delivery of our solutions for Stratatels strategic customers and channel partners both nationally and internationally.

The solution integrated WebSphere Commerce, BazaarVoice, Coremetrics, Exact Target, Google Search and Payment Gateway- Managed collaboration, document management and communications solution implementation for a peak body in a worldwide religious organization. - Managed critical situation project for IBM, turning around a hostile customer.- High level of customer satisfaction and repeat business for NSW customers (zero customers lost to-date since starting in NSW July 2009)- Average project profit met internal profit targets- Instrumental in helping win and deliver the two largest solution projects for Cirrus Australia
