My aim is to provide school administrators with tools that allow them to measure their success against educational goals and ensure teachers have more time for personalised learning by offering them techniques and methodology for facilitating technology. I have witnessed considerable technologically driven disruption of the education industry, and I intimately understand the challenges facing schools. My first-hand experience has led me to embody the following values:· Ask the school community (parents, teachers, students, and staff) first· If it doesn’t enhance the learning experience, don’t do it· Learn from others wherever possible· Plan for the outlier· Consider the holistic impact of new technology decisions before acting· Don’t apply bandages when future proofing is an option I am constantly looking for ways to enhance Datacom Education to better to meet the needs of our schools. Completed an apprenticeship in pre-press and computer related devices and desktop publishing equipment. This was the beginning of the technology revolution within the printing industry. I developed the strategy to take the first government department from traditional bench to Apple Desktop Publishing technology.
