Assisting the Telstra sales account managers with technical aspects in a pre-sales capacity. VMWare (VCP) certified and technically proficient on most storage platforms including but not limited to NetApp, HP, Pure, Nutanix and Cisco HyperFlex. Windows Server installations and configurations and Linux OS (Several flavours) installations, configurations and implementations.Backup design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance is a speciality on both Commvault and Veeam applications.

Provision of dedicated support within the service delivery team and directly to Bridge Point customers as instructed, Project implementation activities, Provision of troubleshooting and support services for customer networks. On-site and after-hours support, Engagement with technical peers to align with Bridge Point professional practices and ensure appropriate quality is achieved through documentation and delivery, Engagement in pre-sales activities under the direction of the business unit and technical account managers.Recently Certified as NetApp Clustered Data OnTap System Administrator & now am a "Clustered Data ONTAP 8.2 Partner SE Specialist". Certifications with NetApp enable Bridge Point to act as a Support Services Certified Partner (SSCP) and am the first contact for any NetApp support issues for Bridge Point Communications customers.Technically proficient with several backup solutions but mainly CommVault & NetApp's SnapProtect solution. Solaris Certified System Administrator and also skilled in varieties of Linux including Oracle Enterprise Linux plus others. Skilled in several areas of virtualisation but proficient in ESXi and Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM).Duties include being the first point of contact for Bridge Point Communications customers for any Data Management type support, this generally includes but is not limited to CommVault & NetApp support but also various installation and onsite implementation of hardware and applications.
