I am a Non Executive Director of Domino's Pizza Enterprises (ASX:DMP), PeopleIN (ASX:PPE), Bakers Delight, The Australian Ballet, Country Fire Authority, Central Highlands Water and Chair of the Museum of Australian Photography.Prior board experience includes as an Executive Director across a suite of the PwC Australia group of companies and numerous Not-For-Profits including The University of Melbourne, Methodist Ladies' College and Melbourne Fashion Festival.I was a Senior Partner at PwC with over 25 years board level experience across the public and commercial sectors, with particular experience in Retail & Consumer, Education and Government. I was the audit partner for Kmart, Target, Officeworks, Nike, Sara Lee and Bristol-Myers Squibb and led financial due diligence for Tesco plc when they acquired Lotus Supercenter (Thailand) and Samsung Retail (South Korea) and for Southern Electric (UK) when it considered a merger. I was Chief Internal Auditor of CSL Limited and a partner on the Amcor Limited group audit. As COO of PwC Australia my responsibilities included finance, technology, real estate, business services and procurement, plus significant input to strategy and execution.I am a Graduate and Fellow of the AICD (FAICD), Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ (FCA), Victorian Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia and Bachelor of Business.I have over 50 years of service to NFP entities, often as Chair of the Audit Committee.In the 2023 King’s Birthday honours I was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) (General Division) for service to the community through a range of organisations.
