Mr. Percich comes to Ergometrics/NTN with a multitude of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, large client management, human capital services, and oversight of NTN’s managed service programs to include: entry and promotional testing, background investigations, and human capital consulting projects. As Vice President for NTN, he works closely with owners and board members to ensure client deliverables nationally are correctly in place for over 2,000 public safety agencies. As part of the executive strategic planning committee, he is responsible for new divisional product and service launches and team alignments to ensure client expectations are consistently met. He is supported by a tenure client services team and senior public safety field consultants nationally for all phases of NTN’s products and services offerings. He also directly works with NTN’s large volume clients to include City of San Francisco, City of Seattle, City of Phoenix, District of Columbia, City of Tampa, City of San Jose, City of Long Beach and City of Denver.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Western Washington University and is a certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Coach Certified.
