This incorporated me establishing the project scope, establish processes, and lead project teams to execute tasks at the highest level of quality standards. I prepared RFPs valued at $750,000 on average. No matter the task, I do everything I can to implement continuous improvements and enhance efficiency organization wide. This is only a small snippet of what I’ve been able to bring to the table.As a hands-on Engineer, I whole-heartedly believe in serving as a change agent and engaging closely with and drawing on people’s strengths to empower them to exceed their own expectations.
