In this role, I oversaw the management of QMS and continuous improvement efforts by establishing processes and procedures for a billion-dollar global oil energy services company. I led internal/external audits to ensure compliance with organizational procedures, API specifications Q1/Q2, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.As a key project, I separated 600+ critical and non-critical suppliers as it related to product realization processes. I orchestrated 3 annual API Q1/Q2 certification audits while achieving zero major non-conformances for the manufacturing division. I yielded 3 major NCRs and 5 minor NCRs from serving as the Lead Auditor for the Gulf of Mexico operations in 2021.

In this role, I was hired to lead continuous improvement processes of quality assurance and quality control through implementing quality management systems, enhancing improvement initiatives, and conducting internal/external audits for a 3,000-employee global fiberglass pipe system design and manufacturing company specializing in the oil and gas, water, and industrial sectors.One key project was I Implemented a new serial numbering system which increased operational and organizational efficiencies, leading to a decrease in non-conformances relating to product identification (2017-2018 DPD: 14; 2018-2019: 3). As a result, I achieved zero non-conformances (findings) from performing detailed external/customer audits.Additionally, I was Instrumental in the development of quality system processes, procedures, and work instructions by identifying quality management system potential non-conformities and recommended corrective actions.
