This has been evidenced by my promotion within the team after just 10 months in the role. I accepted the role as Managers Assistant, which was a sideways move to enable me to gain experience in a team in which I believe I will be able to make a positive impact on. This impact was recognised by Senior Management upon my submission for the Senior Analyst role. I am now solely focused on a single portfolio and am responsible for managing and reducing the Bank's exposure to that portfolio. My knowledge in the property markets is ever increasing and I truly believe that the skills I have learnt during my time in this role can be utilised in a Relationship Management role in any team.
