Trained approx. 400 staff in the use of the new system. Solution ensured that missorted mail would not go undetected, thereby improving quality of service.- Implemented an intranet-based performance reporting system in 1,400 delivery offices across the UK to capture details of mail not being delivered to specification. Solution provided timely information to enable the business to make informed decisions to ensure mail was delivered to service specification.
