Duties included but not limited to; hiring, training, and managing 4-5 employess in the art of selling and closing a customer on a solution that fits their needs. I've managed two locations at once, and turned both locations around in a three month time frame which generated more revenue to my locations bottom line and ultimatly put more money in my team members pockets and a bonus check for me. My quota was 40 units as a manager, and my employees 25 units. I would sell 50 units and my employees break 30 units, do the math, on any given month my store(s) would sell 160+ units(numbers reflect 4 employees). Gorillas in the sale of solutions to customers was my team, fun days, miss them, but time to move on.
