• Responsible for driving the MiSolutions Networks (MiSN) 3rd Party Developers Program throughout Europe and providing required links with Vertical Marketing requirements.

• Responsible for the Small Business Products such as the Mitel 3100, including the evaluation of a new open source SIP based PBX product aimed at the very small business.

• As part of this highly successful and fast moving team, responsibilities were specification and introduction of least cost routing products, sold to Tier 2 Carriers, into the emerging deregulated markets in Europe.
• Full Ownership of the Least Cost Routing Portfolio, including Roadmap, Branding, Pricing, Product Health, Internal/External Education and Product Information
• Worked closely with Product Development to introduce a web based Centralised Management platform for all Mitel Dialer Products. Specified product enhancements to least cost routing equipment to ensure reduced.

This team was set up to evaluate the cordless market in the UK and implement a cordless product to the Mitel portfolio that suited our business requirements.

Complete technical support responsibility of all Mitel analogue PBX equipment and SX200 Digital throughout EMEA.Introduction of new problem escalation application into UK.

Planning, costing and development of test equipment and processes to support the Repair Centre, in order to conform to ISO9000 requirements.
