Tony Seifart graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2001 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He first worked as a research engineer at an Alternative Energy company based in Cape Town before taking a lecturing position at the Peninsula Technikon (now known as the Cape Peninsula University of Technology).During his tenure at CPUT he started his first business in Digital and Online business, resigning from the University in 2006 to pursue his entrepreneurial vision. In 2012 he bought a majority share in SABreakingNews, an online news agency based in South Africa, and in January 2013 completed the buy-out to become a 100% shareholder.He now manages the daily operation of both businesses from Cape Town, South Africa.Since 2005 Tony has become a prolific speaker at various entrepreneurial development events in South Africa, training people to use the Internet to create home-based businesses.Tony is currently reading his Honours Degree in Theology from the South African Theological Seminary.
