• Implement software migration project for global business, taking their on-premise solution and migrating to the Access SaaS solution, this also included a migration to new bespoke reporting suite. • Plan and implement a business transformation project for a large global recruiter across five continents. The main focus of my role was to train customers and assist them in implementing the Specialised recruitment software into their organisation. The training courses consisted of both standard courses and tailored customer specific courses. Other duties within the training team included maintaining training literature, testing new versions of the software and bespoke developments. I also assisted the sales team in demonstrating the software at potential customer sites and at exhibitions.During my two years with the company I supervised the training of three new members of the training team. This required creating detailed training plans to ensure they had a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the software.In this role I travelled extensively around the UK and Europe.

My original role within the organisation was to train frontline staff on a new internally developed recruitment package.In January 1998 I was asked to join the Xpert project as a technical consultant. This role gave me the chance to show my technical abilities. The main part of my role was to install and configure the machines for the Xpert testing software, this involved manipulating the Windows Software to prevent people playing with the computers when they finished testing.In this role I travelled extensively around the UK and Eire.
