My career has developed within the material handling industry over the past 33 years. When working with customers I use all my past experience from working in both service and sales. As an engineer I gained great insight into different working environments and all the problems companies have to overcome. My keen interest in the industry meant I progressed to senior engineer, workshop manager and then into sales.The past 27 years I have spent in sales has given me a vast depth of knowledge on of materials handling, but more importantly a greater knowledge of providing workable, practical, and commercial solutions for my customers.My role as the South East Regional Sales manager with Toyota since 2007 has been challenging and very rewarding which is what one would expect from the world’s number 1 supplier of forklifts and warehouse equipment. My role enables me to assist team members by sharing my experiences and working with them to develop their skills.
