About Tony Oliver

➤ I am relentlessly focused on the customer experience. I am a project manager by trade, an ops/strategy/continuous improvement guru by profession, and a lifelong learner from birth. I seek to understand not just the "what" but also the "how" and more importantly, the "why" and "why not?"
