As the Web Development Lead, I'm a champion for building and maintaining, websites and platforms that enhance client brands and help achieve (and exceed) business goals. Guided by best practices, industry trends and an eye toward innovation, I lead a team of developers who design, build and implement web technologies including enhancements and updates, analysis, design, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.In this role, I am responsible for:- Overseeing the development of web architecture, enhancements, analysis, design, testing, and deployment.- Leading and managing a team of developers; assigning projects and overseeing development team timelines, budgets, and quality. - Mentoring team members on best practices, innovations, and integration of work across teams and clients. - Introducing new functionality and innovations; ensuring collaboration with digital strategy, UI/UX, marketing automation, SEO and analytics.- Helping to develop and promote web development processes and best practices including design reviews, code reviews, and continuous integration. - Building and maintaining partnerships with external resources and partners.- Ensuring websites adhere to key regulatory requirements and accessibility standards; optimize performance globally and on mobile devices. - Driving innovation, optimization, and piloting new technologies and approaches. - Direct/create graphic design and animation elements.- Conducting code reviews.
