Formerly the President of Rainbow Studios Animation Division, Tony has more than 20 years of experience working in production and post production. His prior roles and credits include General Manager and Vice President of Steven Spielberg's Amblin Imaging, recognition from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for Visual Effects, and numerous directing and editing credits.Tony graduated with a B.A. from Fort Hays State University, specializing in Television and Film and Computer Programming. Upon graduating, Tony spent 3 years as a photojournalist and editor for a CBS affiliate.In 1991 he joined video and computer graphics pioneer Newtek as head of the video and computer generated animation department. While at Newtek, Tony directed several productions including the ADDY award winning promotional video “REVOLUTION.”In 1993 he was chosen to be the lead CGI artist at Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Imaging, located on the Universal Studios lot. Tony was later promoted to the position of Vice President and General Manager of Amblin Imaging. As GM, Tony was responsible for directing and overseeing CG animation for multiple TV shows, and various special projects for Steven Spielberg.In 1996 Tony formed his own company, TRG3. While at TRG3, Tony wrote, produced, directed, and did much of the 3D animation for Microsoft's entertainment title "Deadly Tide."In 1997, TRG3 joined with Rainbow Studios, a top-tier console game producer. Tony soon became the President of its animation division. For the next five years Tony oversaw, directed and edited hours of production work that has been seen around the globe. His CGI directing credits include televison projects such as "Starship Troopers: Roughneck Chronicles" and the all-CGI Christmas special "Donner".In 2002 he founded and became the President and CEO of 12 Inch Design, LLC, a top producer of royalty-free stock animation products for the video production industry, and was in that role for over 15 years.
