These companies are trans European and it is vital that we got it right for them and avoided anything that could slow growth in the EU Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for the introduction of Case and Contact Management across the organisation, replacing paper systems, disconnected spreadsheets and creating a 'single view' of who the customer were and want they wanted from Companies House SRO for introductions of Electronic Workflow to replace existing internal handling of paper filings and mean that we had a secure system that removed the need to handle paper.
