Hello, thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am currently a Business Support Analyst and Incident Manager within Financial Services.I have 1 years’ experience in this particular role with 4 years’ experience in Financial Services (an execution only broker, Selftrade). This is because I have always been keen to learn and progress my career, which has led to me to take on various challenging roles and gain various promotions throughout my career at Selftrade. I am very enthusiastic about the IT sector particularly in financial services and I believe I have the necessary skills to excel in this area. Specialising in incident management and also stakeholder and vendor management, I am able to demonstrate strong people skills/management whilst maintaining SLA’s and building strong rapport with clients and vendors. Alongside this my further skills include project management, reporting, understanding of database technologies, service desk management whilst always working to maintain a good ITIL cycle. Also I have a good understanding of equities, corporate actions, funds, bonds, OEICs, gilts and transaction reporting.
