Works with educational systems, Ministries of Education, schools, universities and organizations to build character, creativity, leadership and entrepreneurship in students through transformative school cultures. Oversees the development of the Education Division of Global Peace Foundation (GPF) and its signature initiatives in: Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Paraguay, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal and the Philippines. Founder of the Character and Creativity Initiative (CCI) in schools that exposes youth to an experiential learning environment that builds 21st Century Skills of character, creativity and leadership through transforming school culture. The largest think tank in Kenya – Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) – completed a two-year evaluation that demonstrated improved school culture, increased academic performance, reduced disciplinary problems, increased teacher satisfaction and student motivation and decreased social problems such as violence and bullying. Founder of Leap Hubs which are spaces in high schools whereby students with the leadership, drive and the entrepreneurial spirit are stimulated to develop ideas to solve problems through the creation of businesses and social enterprises. Invited to the White House by The Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation as part of a small group of urban innovators from across the USA who gathered alongside Administration officials to discuss the challenges in cities and the innovations that are working to solve them.A regular speaker in national and international conferences such as the Character.org's Annual Forum in USA and conferences in more that 25 countries.
