About Tony Quach
I graduated in May 2021 with a Master's degree in journalism at the University of Southern California (USC) Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Television, Film and Media Studies with an option in journalism from California State University, Los Angeles. My ultimate goal is to become an on-air sports broadcaster and one day become a reporter for a MLB team.Academic-wise, I am very consistent with my studies, as I graduated from USC with a 3.92 GPA and was named the "Most Outstanding MS Journalism Scholar" in my program. As a former student reporter for USC's Annenberg Media and Cal State LA's University Times, I am familiar with AP Style and I am able to meet deadlines and complete my work in a timely manner. I also had an opportunity to write for an established baseball league, The San Diego League in the summer of 2019. There, I wrote game recaps as well as conducted pre and post game interviews for the league's social media.
