In my role I manage the accounts of some of the biggest cycle retailers in the UK. This takes many different forms including the presentation of new products, staff training, monitoring business performance, developing strategies to grow business, implementation of systems to improve the working relationship between both parties and updating the business of the needs of the accounts.

Holborn And Guildford

I was initially store manager at what was the flagship store in Spitalfields, London. I then moved onto the buying and merchandising role while Cycle Surgery had 5 stores. During my time in this role the number of stores increased to over 20. I initially was responsible for all accessories but when the Snow and Rock took ownership of Cycle Surgery I took responsibility for all buying with the exception of bikes. The role included all buying and merchandising decisions for the categories I was responsible for.

Fulham

I managed at all of the Bonthrone stores (Fulham, Kingston and Vauxhall) I progressed to the position of manager in a short period of time and shortly afterwards took responsibility for all buying and merchandising.
