I regularly met with the Vice-Chancellor (President/CEO) to review the health of the portfolio, presented to the Executive Board, and worked closely with senior stakeholders to shape new initiatives.I shaped the portfolio management response to the University's new strategy, driving creation of the Strategy Implementation Group. I also created and implemented a new tiered structure for the portfolio, introduced resource management and demand modelling, and supported the development of several new key strategic initiatives.
